Certificate in Systemic Coaching (CSC)4 modules: 12 days
An international certification program Certificate in Systemic Coaching (CSC) is designed for experienced coaches whose ambition is to work in context of the whole organization and with the whole organization focusing not only on the individual but also on the business.
  • Program's objectives

Professional coaches often declare total nondirectiveness of coaching processes, overlooking an enormous power of suggestion inherent in the design questions and techniques chosen by them. Some of them direct client's attention toward private dreams and aspirations, other in the direction of interpersonal relationships and accompanying their emotions. Still others may model thinking around the impact of individual behaviors and attitudes on development and success of an organization. In executive coaching, where the actual customer and the beneficiary is not a private person, but an organization that employs her, the later - systemic! - tools are of particular importance.

Coaches participating in the CSC program enrich their offer with methods, tools and coaching techniques that are carried out within and in the interests of a whole business organization. They learn to conduct coaching sessions based on reports generated by all of the Advisio organizational development tools. Studying the principles of the systemic approach to organizations, they acquire the ability to conduct individual and team coaching processes in a trilateral relation that includes: a manager, a coach and an organization.
