The Advisio Certified Consulting Partner (ACCP) emblem distinguishes a growing number of consulting companies worldwide. This partnership program is open for consulting (& training) firms which aim to broaden their expertise, expand their offer, and maximize value generated for their clients.

    The program consists of 3 training days (8*45):

    Day 1

    • understanding an organization as a system

    • principles of the systemic organizational development

    • contextual vs linear approach to competence assessment and development 

    • competence development projects in a world of constant change and adaptation 

    • the concept of organizational competence attunement 

    • 360° relations: mapping of operational inter-connections

    Day 2

    • Competence Navigator™ questionnaires 

    • Competence Navigator™ reports

    • devising competence models 

    • configuration and usage of the Competence Navigator™ online tool

    Day 3

    • Competence Navigator™ systemic interventions

    • training needs analysis based on the Competence Navigator™

    • individual competence developmental plans
    • feedback sessions and coaching based on the Competence Navigator™reports
    • contracting of the competence attunement process within an organization

  • How does it work?

    If you are interested in participating in the ACCP program, please submit your company’s Partnership Application. Once it is accepted, you will receive a free complimentary voucher for 2 consultants who may represent your company at the Initial Certification Session dedicated to all new applicants. You may choose the date and location of the session that is most convenient to you. In 2015, there are four available dates and venues:


    • February 16-18, 2015 in Krakow, Poland, language of instruction: English

    • May 17-19, 2015 in Bruges, Belgium, language of instruction: English

    • June 28-30, 2015 in San Francisco, USA, language of instruction: English

    • October 25-27, 2015 in Bruges, Belgium, language of instruction: English

    Through participation in this event people representing your company will become certified in one of the Advisio methodologies: the Competence Navigator™ - the methodology which proves to be most frequently used by consulting and training companies worldwide during their initial stages of the involvement in the Advisio world. Your representatives will also experience the unique Advisio approach and ways of working. This should give you data to make a well-informed decision whether to sign your Partnership Agreement and obtain the status of the Advisio Certified Consulting Partner.


    Once the Agreement is signed, you may immediately start offering consulting projects that will include Advisio methodologies and tools. To be able to run such projects you need to have your consultants certified in any methodology you may wish to use. Please review the Advisio Consulting School website to learn more about various certification programs available. The best start for a novice consultant will always be the First Certificate in Organizational Development (FCODC), also available in an in-house version.

  • What are the first steps?

    Consulting companies who plan on reaching the ACCP status should ensure they meet the following entry requirements:


    1. your company has been offering consulting services (organizational development consulting, business consulting, or management consulting) for at least 12 months prior to submitting your Partnership Application

    2. your company has completed at least 10 successful consulting projects for 10 different business organizations (enterprises), and will provide at least 2 letters of recommendation from different clients.
